Free freight for retail orders over $60

Our Shipping policy

We know you’re eager to get your new purchase, so we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. We try our hardest to meet all delivery times but please be aware that some issues may be outside of our control.


All orders will be processed Monday – Friday and usually dispatched within 48 hours of you placing the order. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Orders are typically dispatched via the Toll network, who have the widest network of any courier provider in Australia.

Tracking information will be sent to you upon dispatch and delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days (please allow longer for rural or more remote locations).

Costs

If your order has a value of $50 or more, the freight is on us! Often adding that extra comforter as a spare or for a friend is not that much more than the saving in freight so we encourage you to do so.

If you order falls below the $50 threshold, then the following pricing applies:

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our products, damage is very rare. In the unlikely event one does arrive to you in less than perfect condition, please contact us right away and we can put it right for you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your new Lily & George purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund or an alternative product, within 30 days of your purchase along with the original receipt.
The returned product must be unused, and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. You will need to cover the freight cost of the returned items(s) and for the new items coming to you.

If your item has arrived damaged or in a less than perfect state, please contact us immediately so we can put this right for you. In this instance, any freight or processing costs will be covered by Lily & George.
